Incident Report
When I arrived at daycare on Friday, I was informed that I needed to sign an incident report. Lately, this has been quite common. Once, Dylan fell off the slide and cut his knee, and the second time Dylan fell 
of a tricyle and into the fence. I fully expected this to be another example of Dylan's adventerous, crazy behavior... I was shocked to find out that Dylan had bit another kid!
